Many of our courses require either home study materials or enrollment into a class requiring computer based training. A $1500 deposit is required not only to schedule a class and the equipment required for the training, but also to initiate all the scheduling and admissions functions necessary to admit students into our programs.

You must notify the company in writing in the event of cancellation. Based upon date of receipt of cancellation request for classes cancelled within 30 days of your scheduled training, you will receive a refund of 75% of the deposit. Classes cancelled within ten days of your scheduled training will result in a 50% deposit return. Classes cancelled with less than ten days notice will result in no refund. If computer based training aids are provided for distant learning courses they are non-refundable and will be deducted from the initial deposit in the event of cancellation.

Our staff will work with you to accommodate scheduling changes and we ask that you communicate early to avoid cancellation fees. Special consideration is given to our students reimbursed through the Veterans Administration.
